Landscape Photography
Have you ever seen a magnificent view, taken a photo and then been highly unimpressed with the 'flat' photo that doesn't do the landscape justice? You're not alone. It's because a camera has the horse equivalent of blinkers while we have peripheral vision. A camera will only see so far and then cut off your photo, whereas you'll be aware of lots of extras. We also see in 3D, whereas a photo is in 2D. To take an amazing landscape photo, you don't need 'the eye'. I'm not saying it doesn't help, but by following a few easy principles, you can take amazing shots that win competitions - I have!
